On our stainless steel pieces: if the colour fades within a year, we replace it.
Our stainless steel pieces have a thick PVD gold finish, chosen because it keeps its colour through showers, gym sessions and sleeping in it. So we put our money on it. Pieces covered by the promise say so on their product page.
What the promise covers
For 12 months from the day your piece arrives, if the colour of a stainless steel piece fades, dulls or the finish wears through in normal daily wear, we send you a new one. If we can't replace it, we refund it.
What it doesn't cover
Gold-plated silver pieces, hair bands and anything not marked with the promise on its product page. Loss, breakage from being pulled or dropped, damage from chemicals (perfume, hairspray, chlorine, cleaning products) and changes made by anyone else. One replacement per piece. Your legal rights for faulty goods apply to everything we sell, promise or not.
How to claim
Email hello@diplondon.com with your order number (it starts with DIP-) and a photo. No forms, no sending it back first.
